Cartridge Silicone Sealant Filling Machine Working Principle
1. Cartridge feeding: Empty plastic tubes are fed into the workstation via anautomatic tube loading device.

2. Automatic filling: The filling head is inserted into the bottom of the plastic tube and fills the tube evenly from bottom to top, preventing air bubbles. The filling volume is precisely controlled by a PLC system and can be set in grams or volume as needed.

3. Capping: The cartridge silicone sealant filling machine automatically places the cap on the tube and screws or presses it down.

4. Finished product output: The filled plastic tubes are automatically output to a conveyor for packaging.
