The neutral silicone sealant production technology comprises the following steps:

1. Preparing rubber in a cylinder. 107 silicone rubber and a cross-linking agent methyltris silane in the rubber preparation cylinder are reacted relatively slowly, so that before the rubber preparation cylinder is transported to a static mixer, no particle crusting is generated and the product appearance is not influenced, and the product appearance quality is effectively improved.

2. Performing static flocculation mixing. Vacuum pipe static mixing is employed, rubber is not contacted with, and therefore bubbles generated during rubber preparation are substantially reduced, the appearance quality of the neutral silicone sealant finished product is effectively improved, and also the changing frequency of a filter screen is reduced.

3. Subpackaging.

The production technology is smooth and reasonable, labor intensity is effectively reduced, and the subpackaging efficiency and the production efficiency of the whole neutral silicone sealant production line are improved.
