Main Function

1. Rapid dispersion and premixing of pigments, pearlescent powder, color paste, etc.

2. Break agglomerates to evenly distribute pigments in the solvent system.

3. Improve the color brightness, hiding power and stability of the product.

Working Characteristics

1. The high-speed rotating dispersion disc forms strong vortex and shear force in the liquid.

2. Usually used in the first step of nail polish formula powder pre-dispersion.

Use Stage

1. Add solvent (such as butyl acetate) to the stirring kettle.

2. Add pigment, color paste, pearlescent powder.

3. High speed dispersion for 5-20minutes to obtain a uniform, non-agglomerated color system.

Main Function

1. Mix multiple components, such as resin, plasticizer, film former, solvent, colorant, etc.

2. Ensure the viscosity uniformity, color consistency and film stability of the whole system.

Working Characteristics

1. Use the relative movement of rotor/stator or the three-dimensional rotation of blades to achieve continuous, gentle but effective mixing.

2. Especially suitable for occasions where too many bubbles are not desired (nail polish is sensitive to bubbles).

Use Stage

1. Premix (from high speed disperser) + other liquid ingredients enter the dynamic mixing system.

2. Fully mix and stabilize the system.

3. Fill after vacuum or slow stirring to degas.
