Horizontal ribbon mixer allows the materials to be fully mixed. It adopts a novel rotor structure. The minimum gap between the rotor and the bright body can be adjusted to close to zero, effectively reducing the amount of materials, and overall structure is more reasonable, convenient for isntallation and maintenance by operators and maintenance parties.
1. The bearing bears the entire load of horizontal ribbon mixer, so good lubrication has a great relationship with the life of the bearing. It directly affects the service life and operating rate of the machine. Therefore, the injected lubricating oil must be clean and the seal must be good. Horizontal ribbon mixer's main oil filling points:
(1) Rotating bearing
(2) Roller bearing
(3) All gears
(4) Movable bearings and sliding planes.
2. Newly installed wheel hoops are prone to leeseninig and must be inspected frequintly.
3. Pay attention to whether all parts of horizontal ribbon mixer are working properly.
4. Pay attention to check the degree of wear of easily worn parts and replace worn parts at any time.
5. Dust and other materials should be removed from the bottom shelf plane where the movable device is placed to prevent the movable bearing from moving on the bottom shelf when the machine encounters materials that cannot be broken, resulting in serious accidents.
6. If the bearing oil temperature rises, the vehicle should be stopped immediately to check and eliminate the cause.
7. If there is any impact sound when the rotating gear is running, stop the machine immediately for imspection and eliminate it.
