The entire production process of automatic paint production line is carried out under seal. The entire process is controlled by the central control room and can automatically complete the entire process of feeding, dispersing, grinding, paint mixing, filtration, color mixing, packaging and palletizing. The system consists of industrial computers, PLC control systems, industrial configuration software, weighing systems, operating consoles with simulation graphics, strong electrical cabinets, pneumatic ball valves, etc. The control system adopts WINDOWS interface, which can facilitate control operations. The operator can complete various process processes on the console.

The automatic paint production line adopts fully closed operation. All raw materials are stored in sealed storage tanks. When loading materials, the entire equipment is operated through a program set by the computer. There is no human inervention, no dust pollution and no volatilization of organic solvents, reducing the loss of intermediate links, not causing environmental pollution, and avoiding the harm of chemical substances to the human body.

The coloring part uses computer control to add color paste, which improces the high precision of adding trace amounts of raw materials, avoids unstable quality caused by human errors, realizes the automation of paint production line, and achieves zero emissions.
