The working principle of high speed disperser is based on the strong shear force, centrifugal force and stirring force generated by the material under the high-speed rotating dispersing disc or dispersing knife. These forces help to quickly disperse the solid particles into the liquid, break up the aggregated particle clusters, and form a uniform dispersing system.
1. Motor
Provides power source, usually an electric motor, and adjusts the speed through a frequency converter.
2. Dispersing Disc / Dispersing Knife
Usually a high-speed rotating disc or knife, responsible for high-speed shearing and dispersing of materials.
3. Agitator
Works with the disperser to help the material be evenly mixed.
4. Speed Regulator
By controlling the speed of the motor, the intensity and speed of dispersion can be adjusted.
5. Sealing System
Prevents material leakage and maintains the sealing inside the high speed disperser to ensure the stability of the dispersion process.
6. Base
Structural part that supports all components to ensure the stability of high speed disperser.
