How to deal with tail gas emissions? Does it meet environmental standards?
Epoxy resin production line designed and manufactured by JCT is equipped with an exhaust gas condensation recovery system and an exhaust gas scrubber, which can effictively recover organic matter such as epochlorohydrin volatilized during the reaction and reduce VOC emissions.
At the same time, the equipment interface reserves a docking port with RTO (regenerative thermal oxidizer) or activated carbon adsorption device to meet environmental regulations in different regions.

Is the energy consumption high? Is there any energy-saving design?
JCT's reactor adopts thermal oil circulation system + PID temperature control automatic adjustment, which can realize on-demand heating and effectively reduce heat energy waste.
In addition, the vacuum system adopts water ring vacuum pump + condensate recovery device, which can recyle condensate for reuse and reduce operating costs. The overall energy consumption is 10%-15% lower than the industry average.
