The main power of the grinding bottom electricity test dual-link machine is provided by a 750W three-phase gear reduction motor, which is transmitted to the longitudinal shaft through the clutch bevel gear meshing. The power of the main shaft is directly distributed by the longitudinal shaft through the bevel gear. The sprockets installed on the main shaft can control the polishing and electricity test mechanisms respectively through their fixed track movements. Therefore, by adjusting the above cams, the time and sequence of the above mechanisms can be corrected. A grooved wheel shaft is provided on the coaxial end where the main shaft and the longitudinal shaft mesh. Its power is directly provided by the main shaft through the bevel gear meshing. When the main shaft drives it to rotate, the grooved wheel and the power transmission eccentric wheel installed at the other end convert the circular motion into reciprocating linear motion through their respective slider assemblies, and respectively drive the electricity test contacts and the power transmission device to realize the battery distribution work.
Film machine adopts the working principle of mechanical Martens wheel indexing movement and is divided into six groups of working mechanisms. It uses PLC intelligent control and Martens wheel for intermittent movement, and uses magnetic circulation to separate the film. It has a six-group working station structure, so the work efficiency is greatly improved, and the fault can be handled quickly and conveniently when a short fault stops.
At present, its single-machine production capacity can reach 700 pieces/minute, and the full-line supporting production capacity is 600-680 pieces/minute. This film machine adopts variable frequency PLC, and the photoelectric system has solved the problems of complex production process, difficult operation and labor consumption in the battery packaging production link to a certain extent.
