Mixing Effect
Z-shaped blades usually generate stronger thrust, which can push the material to make a more uniform circulation movement in the container.
Compared with other shapes of blades (such as ∑-shaped blades or propeller blades), the shear force of Z-shaped blades is relatively low, which is suitable for processing low-viscosity and medium-viscosity materials.
Its design helps to reduce the mixing of air and the generation of material foam.
Applicable Materials
Suitable for materials with low or medium viscosity, such as coatings, emulsions, inks, low-viscosity glues, certain chemical liquids, etc.
For high-viscosity materials, Z-shaped blades may not provide enough shear force and may not be suitable.
Z-shaped blade is suitable for mixing low and medium viscosity materials, and can provide good thrust and mixing effects, especially for applications that do not require strong shear force. Compared with the ∑-shaped blade, Z-shaped blade has a simpler design and is suitable for handling materials with good fluidity. If you are handling high viscosity or materials that require strong shear force, ∑-shaped blade may be more suitable.
