Butyl hot melt glue is a hot melt adhesive with butyl rubber or its modified materials as the main base material.
1. Reactor / Sigma mixer
Mix the main ingredients, heat and melt them; equipped with a high-viscosity stirring system, suitable for mixing high-viscosity butyl rubber.
2. Metering and batching system
Precisely control the amount of each component to improve product consistency.
3. Extruder
Extrude the mixed hot melt rubber into shape.
4. Cooling system
You can choose an above-water granulation system or an underwater granulation system; or equip it with a cooling water tank + cutting machine to produce butyl hot melt glue sticks.
5. Molding and packaging system
Various methods such as granule packaging, stick packaging, aluminum foil or silicone oil paper packaging.
