Dirt on the mechanical shaft seal of the reactor will cause dangerous phenomena such as liquid leadage and gas injection.

An uncleaned reactor will cause its head exchange function to be low and increase the reaction time. Dirt attached to inner wall will reduce the heat exchange function and prolong the reaction time.

Dirt attached to the thermometer will delay the temperature measurement and affect the reaction control system.

How to clean the reactor?
1. Special cleaning agent: Special cleaning agent for reaction kettle can dissolve scale and microbial slime in the kettle to achieve descaling effect.
2. Chemical cleaning: Add chemical cleaning substances to the cleaning agent to cause a chemical reaction in the reactor to remove scale.
3. Mechanical cleaning: Utilizing the characteristics of the machine itself, adding certain substances into the reaction kettle for stirring to achieve the descaling effect.
