Planetary despa mixer adopts a double-drive structure of planetary frame rotation + self-rotation of the blades. The blade movement trajectory completely covers the cylinder, achieving "no dead corner mixing". Even materials with a viscosity of up to 1,000,000cps can be fully dispersed, stirred and mixed in a short time.

Planetary despa mixer has a variety of stirring blades to choose from, such as folding blade, twisted blade, claw-shaped blade, etc., and can also be equipped with dispersing disc, butterfly blade, and scrapers. The combination can be selected according to the customer's formula to greatly improve the mixing uniformity andproduction efficiency.

3. Precise temperature control system to ensure product stability

Planetary despa mixer is equipped with a jacket cooling/heating system that supports thermal oil, electric heating, water cooling circulation, etc., to achieve ±1℃ level temperature control, meeting the process requirements of heat-sensitive materials and reactive materials.

4. Vacuum sealing + degassing system to improve quality level

The fully enclosed vacuum structure can achieve online degassing during the stirring process, effectively remove bubbles and volatiles, and improve the density of the colloid and the reliability of the terminal product (such as structural adhesive, LED packaging adhesive, etc.).
