2. Optimization of Mixing Effect
When the material cylinder is lifted, the blades can be fully inserted into the material to ensure sufficient cotact between the blades and the material, thereby optimizing the mixing effect. This can avoid the formation of dead corners and ensure that the material is evenly mixed throughout the material cylinder. When the blades is lowered, it may encounter resistance in the process of entering the material, especially for high-viscosity materials, which may lead to unsatisfactory mixing effect, especially when the material cannot be evenly distributed immediately at the beginning of mixing.
3. Easy to Clean and Maintain
After mixing, the raised cylinder can be easily removed from the battery slurry mixer for cleaning and maitenance. This is very important for production with high cleanliness requirements such as battery slurry, and helpd to avoid cross-contamination of materials. If the blades are lowered, the complex blades and mechanical structures need to be handled during cleaning, which may increase the difficulty of cleaning and maintenance, especially when high-viscosity, easy-to-adhere materials are involved.

This design is usually equipped with an automated control system, which allows operators to easily control the lifting and lowering of the cylinder, facilitate loading and unloading operations, and improve production efficiency.
