1. Raw Material Preparation
Input dibasic acid and diol into the reactor in proportion and add catalyst.
2. Esterification Reaction
Esterification reaction is carried out under heating and catalyst to generate polyester polyols, and by-products (water) are continuously removed.
3. Dehydration and Condensation
The water generated by the reaction is removed through the condenser and water separator to ensure the smooth progress of the reaction.
4. Determination of Reaction End Point
The reaction is completed by monitoring the acid value and the reaction is stopped.
5. Cooling and Refining
The reaction product is cooled by a cooler and refined by a distillation tower if necessary to remove low molecular weight by-products.
6. Filtration and Storage
Impurities are removed by filters and the product is transported to storage tanks for storage.
7. Waste Gas and Wastewater Treatment
Treat the waste gas and wastewater generated during the production process to ensure that environmental protection standards are met.
