The role of high speed disperser in paint production line
1. Main function
• Achieve primary dispersion of pigment/filler (fineness 20-50μm).
• Complete homogenous mixing of resin/solvent/additive.
• Provide pre-dispersed slurry for subsequent grinding process (reduce energy consumption of sand mill).
2. Irreplaceability
• Compared with ball mill/sand mill: Large processing capacity (single batch can reach 10m³), low energy consumption.
• Compared with double planetary mixer: Stronger shear force (speed can reach more than 1500rpm), and lower investment cost.
