    What is nauta mixer?
    Nauta mixer, also called conical screw mixer, refers to a mixing equipment that uses the rotation of a spiral shaft in a conical cylinder to stir materials.

Nauta Mixer Working Principle

Add the various materials to be mixed from the feeding port at the top of the nauta mixer. The spiral shaft installed in the cylinder rotates around the self-supporting axis and performs planetary rotation along the inner wall of the cylinder. The materials are turned up and down, so that the materials in the cylinder follow the spiral. The shaft rotates in a planetary manner to achieve sufficient turning and mixing. The mixed material is discharged from the lower discharge valve.

Nauta Mixer Features

1. Cantilever shaft structure, the bearing end does not contact the material.
2. The gap between the stirring paddle and the container wall is very small to prevent the material from sticking.
3. Standardized mixing drive box to ensure stable operation and low maintenance cost.
4. Use the appropriate shaft seal structure for each application. The shaft seal is installed separately from the product to ensure that the tried and tested CLARE MIXERS enterprise standard mixer seal is put into good use.
5. Comply with GMP equipment design-O-rings with special geometric shapes, high quality equipment surface treatment and elimination of dead corners.
