1. Stainless Steel Reactor

Used for the polymerization reaction of monomer (vinyl acetate), deionized water, initiator and other materials.

Equipped with temperature, pressure and stirring speed controls to ensure uniform polymerization.

2. Emulsifier

Promotes rapid dispersion and emulsification of monomer, emulsifier and water, improving polymerization efficiency.

3. Condensation and Reflux Device

Used for recovering volatile monomers generated during the reaction to avoid waste and pollution.

4. Storage Tank / Finished Product Tank

Stores white glue after the reaction. Equipped with a stirring and insulation system to ensure colloidal stability.

5. Filtration System

Removes impurities and gel lumps, ensuring a fine and uniform finished glue.

6. Filling Machine

Fills the latex glue into bottles, drums or bags according to customer requirements.
