High Speed Disperser Working Principle

High speed disperser is a high speed stirring device. Its working principle is to disperse paint and other coatings through the dispersion disc and dispersion shaft at high speed to disperse pigments, fillers, etc. in the coating. Its dispersion effect mainly depends on the structural design of the dispersion shaft.

Daily Maintenance of High Speed Disperser
  • 1.

  • The V-belts should be of equal length and placed in the transmission box. Tighten the slide bolts appropriately.

  • 2.If high speed disperser is not used for a long time, the power supply must be cut off, all cleaned, all lubricating parts oiled, and the main shaft and cylinder oiled to prevent rust.

  • 3.

  • The oil tank uses anti-wear hydraulic oil, which should be replaced every six months, and the oil tank should be cleaned. The filter should be cleaned once a month and cleaned within two or three days after the oil change.

  • 4.

  • The gears, bearings, balls, shafts, sleeves and cyliinders of the rotating parts of high speed disperser should be oiled once a week. If overheating or abnormal noise is found during use, it should be checked in time.

  • 5.

  • If the thermal relay is activated due to overload and stops, the "reset" button of the thermal relay must be pressed before the operation can continue.

  • 6.

  • The AC contactor should be checked every six months, and the high speed disperser should be overhauled once a year.

  • 7.

  • Regulary check the wearing parts of high speed disperser, such as bearings, oil seals, etc., and replace them immediately if they are worn.
