Working Principle


The high speed disperser blades are accessory for the high speed disperser and is connected to the main shaft of the high speed disperser. When the main shaft of the disperser is running at high speed, the upper and lower parts of the dispersing disc will rotate, and a turbulent flow area will be formed at the edge of 2.5-5mm. The upper and lower serrations of the dispersing disk can shear, impact, crush and disperse coatings, paints, dry powders, solid-liquids and other materials at high speed in order to achieve a state of rapid mixing, dissolution, dispersion and refinement.
