1. Material contact part
SS304/316, corrosion resistant. Fully sealed structure to prevent harmful gas leakage or oxidation risk.
2. Z-shaped blades
Strong shearing and mixing, differential stirring (adjustable speed) ensures uniform dispersion of materials without dead corners.
Vertical kneader is suitable for gentle kneading of energetic materials to avoid local overheating or friction sensitivity problems.
3. Material cylinder
Jacket heating/cooling, suitable for curing reaction or low temperature mixing.
Removable, easy to clean, reduce cross contamination.
4. Other configurations
Explosion-proof motor + anti-static design, in line with the operating standards for flammable and explosive materials (such as propellant production).
