Reactor in Hot Melt Glue Production Line is a key component responsible for the polymerization and chemical reactions that convert raw materials into the adhesive formulation. It provides a controlled environment, typically under elevated temperature and pressure, to facilitate the reaction between monomers, polymers , and other additives. The reactor ensures the desired molecular structure, viscosity, and adhesive properties are achieved. Temperature Control

In order to heat or cool the materials in the reactor during the hot melt glue making process, the reactor usually has a temperature control system. By controlling the temperature, the reaction speed is controlled and the product quality is ensured. Jacketed reactor is commonly used.

Stirrer Type Of Reactor

Anchor agitators are usually used for high-viscosity glue preparation, such as Hot Melt Glue. They provide powerful stirring and shearing action to help evenly mix highly viscous raw materials, ensuring consistency and quality.
