What is alkyd resin?

Alkyd resin is a modified polyester resin. Alkyd resin has the following functions in application:
• As the main film former in the coating, it provides gloss, adhesion and flexibility.
• Improve pigment dispersion and film weather resistance.
• As a basic bonding system or toughening component in adhesives.
• Used to modify other resins (such as epoxy resin) to improve flexibility and lubricity.

Equipment customization and manufacturing
Based on the customer's expected output, raw material structure, heating method (thermal oil or steam) and other requirements, JCT designs and manufactures the following equipment:
• Reactor (with heating jacket + stirring system)
• Auxiliary equipment such as metering tank, condenser, water distributor, storage tank, etc.
• Pipeline valves, electronic control system, platform structure, etc.
We have our own factory to manufacture equipment to ensure controllable quality and stable delivery cycle.

Formulation technology and operation training
The customer team sent personnel to our factory, and out senior engineers conducted:
• Basic knowledge training of alkyd resin (raw materials, proportions, reaction principles)
• Practical explanation of production process (temperature control, vacuum, sampling)
• Safety operation specifications, quality control methods
• Product inspection and packaging process
After the training, the customer personnel were able to independently understand the production process and master basic debugging skills.

Overseas installation and production guidance
After the equipment arrived in Rwanda, we arranged two experienced engineers to go to the customer's factory to be responsible for:
• On-site installation guidance and commissioning
• Production line start-up
• Assist customers in the production of the first batch of products
• Solve technical bottlenecks and quality control issues
