We welcome customers to bring their raw materials to JCT factory for trial production, allowing for the verification of mixing efficiency and degassing performance prior to mass production.

02 Customized engineering & plant layout

JCT provide 2D and 3D layout designs (plan and elevation views) tailored to your workshop dimensions, material flow, explosion-proof zone requirements, and utility connection points.

03 In-house manufacturing of main machinery

JCT independently develop and manufacture double planetary mixers, reactors, sigma mixers, vertical kneaders, triple shaft mixers, hydraulic discharge presses, and filling lines.

04 Intelligent automation control systems

Integrated PLC control systems enable automated raw material metering and feeding, precise temperature control, and high-vacuum monitoring.

05 On-site installation, commissioning, and training (oversea)
