1. Material Conveying
The packaging material (such as plastic film) is conveyed to the working area of the machine through the conveying system, usually in the form of a roll.
2. Forming
The conveyed film is folded and sealed by the forming device to form the shape of a pillow bag.
3. Filling
The automated system fills the formed bag with hot melt glue or other products in a set amount.
4. Hot Melt Glue Sealing
At the opening of the bag, hot melt glue is used for sealing. The glue is melted and applied to the bag opening by a heating device, and then pressed to form a seal.
5. Cutting
After sealing, the finished bag is cut from the mother roll by the cutting device to form an independent package.
6. Discharging
The finished packaged product is transported to the discharge port by a conveyor belt, ready for subsequent processing or boxing.
