PVA resin is dissolved by mixing it with water and heating it. This process creates an emulsion or solution of PVA resin. According to the product formula, mix the appropriate amount of additives into the PVA resin solution. These additives can affect the viscosity, drying time, stability and other properties of the glue.
The PVA emulsion is filtered to remove any impurities or particles that may affect the quality of the final product. The filtered PVA emulsion is then concentrated to the desired solids content by evaporating water from the mixture.
